vicki documentation

vicki is the physical host to the Virtual Machine (VM) "guests" sflug and balug.

Most of the relevant documentation for and about vicki is elsewhere, e.g. on host vicki itself, the ('master") file: /root/colo-gogrid-servepath (and "convenience" copies elsewhere), there's also: /var/local/log/ and there are other bits about, e.g. on this wiki (such as upgrade planning and upgrades done, "rules of the road", etc.)

What is and will go here, are some of the miscellaneous bits that don't better fit elsewhere.
